Once powerful hurricane Charley is now a weak depression moving out over the waters of the Gulf of Maine. There will be no further advisories on Charley.

Hurricane Danielle is spinning over open waters in the far Eastern tropical Atlantic. Danielle is only a threat to shipping lanes, and is expected to turn North during the next few days.

Tropical Storm Earl is now moving into the far Eastern and Southern Caribbean Sea with winds of 45 MPH. Earl is forecast to become a hurricane during the next few days as he continues generally Westward through the Caribbean. Earl is not a threat, nor do we expect it to be a threat, to the East coast of the United States.

The remainder of the Atlantic basin is quiet, and there are no threats on the board for the Outer Banks at this time.
